Street ignoring small Q2 beat and focusing on much lower Q3 guidance.
Q3 EPS to $0.96 to $1.00 vs. Est $1.11 and sales to $600M to $620 vs. Est. $650M.
Fell from Tuesday's close ($46.57) to $40 level in after-hours and premarket trading.
Beat down continued off the opening, so far reaching $34.34.
Revisiting levels not seen since December 2012, when it bottomed at $32.36.
