shares are trading sharply lower by $3.69 at $18.00 in Tuesday's session. The catalyst for the sharp decline is a Q4 Adjusted EPS miss ($0,24 vs. Est. $0.31) on lower sales ($224.3M vs. $233.6M). The issue, which debuted in November 2013 at $30 peaked one month later at $47.07 and has been straight down ever since. After closing near its highs for the day in Monday's session at $21.69, opened at $16.52 and bottomed shortly thereafter at $16.38. That is nearly $1 above it all time low that was made in October 2014 at $15.49. Since making the low, it has staged a recovery rally that so far has reached $18.65 before falling back to the $18 level.
