Here is the ETF Professor's ETF Watchlist for Tuesday January 26, 2010.

Play Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) earnings with the Internet Architecture HOLDRs (AMEX: IAH) and the PowerShares QQQ (Nasdaq: QQQQ).

Play the retail sales numbers with the SPDR S&P Retail ETF (NYSE: XRT) and Retail HOLDRs (AMEX: RTH).

Both the S&P Energy SPDR (NYSE: XLE) and the Financial Select SPDR (NYSE: XLF) are showing bearish chart patterns with both ETFs trading below their 50-day moving averages.

On the other hand, the UltraShort Emerging Markets ProShares (NYSE: EEV) looks quite bullish.

Watch the Semiconductor HOLDRs (AMEX: SMH) on news of Texas Instruments' earnings report.

The Market Vectors Solar Energy ETF (NYSE: KWT) was one of the top performing ETFs on Monday.
