Here is the ETF Professor's ETF Watch List for Thursday January 20, 2010.

Watch the iShares MSCI Brazil Index (NYSE: EWZ) due to a close below its 50-day moving average.

Gold got whacked on Wednesday, so keep an eye on the SPDR Gold Shares (NYSE: GLD).

It was a China day all day on Wednesday, so we need to watch the iShares FTSE/Xinhua China 25 Index (NYSE: FXI) and its inverse cousin, the UltraShort FTSE/Xinhua China25 Proshares (NYSE: FXP) on Thursday.

Watch the Oil Services HOLDRs (AMEX: OIH) due to weakening oil prices.

If you think emerging markets will remain weak, try the Direxion Daily Emrg Mkts Bear 3X Shares (NYSE: EDZ).

Try the UltraShort Basic Materials ProShares ETF (NYSE: SMN) on further materials weakness, if that scenario plays out.

On the other hand, coal could rebound, so watch the Market Vectors Coal ETF (NYSE: KOL) as well.
