Ceragon Networks Ltd (NASDAQ: CRNT) shares jumped 5.61% to create a new 52-week high of $13. CRNT’s shares are currently trading above their 50-day moving average of $10.30 and above their 200-day moving average of $7.68.

Cisco Systems Inc (NASDAQ: CSCO) shares rose 1.58% to $25.03, creating a new 52-week high. CSCO is benefiting from the ongoing rally in tech stocks ahead of Q4 results by INTC.

City Telecom (H.K.) Limited (NASDAQ: CTEL) shares climbed to $13.17 to create a new 52-week high, before slipping slightly to $13.15, reflecting an 8.32% gain. Hong Kong Broadband Network Ltd. ("HKBN"), a wholly owned subsidiary CTEL, announced the launch of Discovery Channels on its bbTV Pay-TV platform.

Commerce Bancshares Inc (NASDAQ: CBSH) shares gained 3.49% to $40.97, creating a new 52-week high. CBSH has posted its Q4 earnings ahead of the consensus.

Dynatronics Corporation (NASDAQ: DYNT) shares soared 12.38% to create a new 52-week high of $1.18. DYNT expects to report growth in its pretax profits and net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2009.
