Here is the ETF Professor's ETF Watchlist for Monday January 4, 2010.

Fertilizer maker Mosaic (NYSE: MOS) reports earnings on Monday, so the Market Vectors Agribusiness ETF (NYSE: MOO) could be in play as Mosaic is one of MOO's top holdings.

The Energy Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLE) shows a convergence of the 20 and 50-day moving averages on its chart and the ETF is finding support there, so keep an eye on it for a relatively low-risk entry.

The iShares MSCI South Korea Index (NYSE: EWY) is another ETF sporting appealing technicals. If EWY breaks above $48.10, it could run a lot higher.

Let's see how the dollar starts off the new year with the PowerShares DB US Dollar Index Bullish ETF (NYSE: UUP).

The iShares MSCI Turkey Investable Market Index (NYSE: TUR) finished up 2009 on a bullish note. Watch how it starts the new trading year.

Watch the Market Vectors Steel ETF (NYSE: SLX) on news of the International Trade Commission's recent tariff ruling.

Keep an eye on the UltraShort Real Estate ProShares (NYSE: SRS) and the SPDR KBW Bank ETF (NYSE: KBE) for financial plays.

Let's see how investors view bonds in the first day of the trading year with the UltraShort 20+ Year Treasury ProShares ETF (NYSE: TBT).
