PicksThatMove.com reports that the FDA has given Somaxon Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: SOMX) a new Prescription Drug User Fee Act date of December 4th for its drug Silenor. The FDA accepted the company’s resubmitted New Drug Application for Silenor, its drug to treat insomnia.
Somaxon, (SOMX) a pharmaceutical company, is surging in today’s trading session, posting a 36% gain today, up $1.08 to $4.08. The company’s stock has jumped 456% since June, according to the website.
