ETFs To Watch November 23, 2009

With news out of the Eurozone on Friday regarding increased collateral requirements and the possibility of a rate hike by the ECB appearing imminent, keep an eye on the Vanguard European Stock ETF (NYSE: VGK) and the UltraShort MSCI Europe ProShares ETF (NYSE: EPV).
There are some bullish signs emerging from Malaysia's economy, so take a look at the iShares MSCI Malaysia Index (NYSE: EWM).
For technical plays, watch the Oil Services HOLDRs (AMEX: OIH), which moved below its 50-day average on Friday and the iShares Dow Jones Transportation Average ETF (NYSE: IYT), which has formed a triple top chart formation.
The Aussie Dollar continued its gains against its American rival, rising to 92.13 during the Sydney/Tokyo session. The play: The CurrencyShares Australian Dollar Trust (NYSE: FXA).
Keep an eye on the iShares S&P SmallCap 600 Index (NYSE: IJR) to see if smallcaps remain weak or start to rebound.
