Here is the ETF Professor's ETF Watchlist for Wednesday November 18, 2009.

The S&P Homebuilders SPDR ETF (NYSE: XHB) looks like it is moving above a downtrend line and could be a buy above $15.50.

The DB Agriculture Double Long ETF (NYSE: DAG) is also looking appealing on a technical basis. If it breaks resistance at $10.85, there is plenty of room to the upside.

Semiconductor stocks continue to rally, so check out the ProShares Ultra Semiconductor ETF (NYSE: USD).

If you're daring enough to go bearish on materials stocks, try the ProShares UltraShort Basic Materials ETF (NYSE: SMN). The iShares S&P Global Materials ETF (NYSE: MXI) might be the way to go if you're feeling bullish.

The ETF Professor noted some interesting call buying in the SPDR KBW Regional Banking ETF (NYSE: KRE) on Tuesday, so keep an eye on this one on Wednesday.

Some folks are saying bond purchases may be stalling and that could be good news for the UltraShort 20+ Year Treasury ProShares ETF (NYSE: TBT).

The ETF Professor mentioned the Claymore/Delta Global Shipping ETF (NYSE: SEA) about a week ago and SEA is up about 7% in that time, boosted by a scorching performance by the Baltic Dry Index. Watch this one.
