McDonlad's (MCD) global sales show an impovment in October

McDonald's (NYSE: MCD), the world's largest fast-food chain, said on Monday that its monthly sales growth was relatively flat in the U.S. but that was offset by stronger growth globally.

At $62.43, McDonld's (MCD) stoc has also been forming higher top and higher bottom formations, showing signs of a bullish trend.

Sales in McDonald's (MCD) stores open at least one year rose 3.3 percent on a global basis overall, including a 6.4 percent rise in Europe and a 4.7 percent rise in other regions.
