CVS Caremark Corporation (NYSE:CVS) Sharply Lower, Though Call Activity Suggests Rebound

CVS Caremark Corporation (CVS) is trading sharply lower in today’s session, breaching its 200 day M.A. More than 20% down in a day and approaching the $28 level it sure looks like a bet for the brave hearted only.

Despite its scary drop, CVS Caremark’s chart doesn’t eliminate a counterintuitive, bullish gap-fill move taking place in the next few days or maybe weeks, in fact, these Call Option buyers may well know something we don’t.

Historically speaking it has happened many times and it’s extremely profitable to knowledgeable traders.
