Here's the ETF Professor's ETF Watchlist for Tuesday November 3, 2009.

Financials, financials, finacials. Always in play. let's roll with the ProShares Ultra Financials ETF (NYSE: UYG) and of course the UltraShort Financials ProShares (NYSE: SKF) from the bearish side.

Also keep an eye the Financial Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLF), which saw some unusual bearish options trade on Monday.

With both Anadarko (NYSE: APC) and Chesapeake Energy (NYSE: CHK) reporting earnings after the close on Monday, there are several opportunities to play these reports. We can go back to the well with the Energy Select Sector SPDR ETF (NSYE: XLE) or give the Ultra Oil & Gas ProShares (NYSE: DIG) a try.

More obscure nat gas ETFs include the First Trust ISE-Revere Natural Gas (NYSE: FCG) and the PowerShares WilderHill Progrsv Energy (NYSE: PUW), both of which are thinly traded.

There are some biotech earnings coming out, so keep an eye on the iShares Nasdaq Biotechnology (NYSE: IBB) and the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (NYSE: XBI).

The iShares Dow Jones Transportation Average (NYSE: IYT) reeks of being oversold.

Archer Daniels Midland (NYSE: ADM) reports earnings before and ADM is a top-10 holding of Market Vectors Agribusiness ETF (NYSE: MOO). MOO is usually a good mover given its commodity tilt and it should be in play tomorrow. On that note, let's watch the The Jefferies | TR/J CRB Global Agriculture Equity Index Fund (NYSE: CRBA), the new ag ETF offering from Jefferies as well.
