Microsoft Bulls Continue to Emerge

Bull bets on Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) have been slowly building over the past few weeks as the stock drifted lower. It has since recovered and is now trading higher for the sixth straight day. Microsoft is currently trading $29.75, up another 1.29% on the day. Options trading today continues to paint a bullish picture as well.

I am seeing quite a few trades in Microsoft this morning. The April $30 calls were bought on the offer 10,000 times for $0.55 and the April $29 calls traded 10,000 times for $1.11, which also looks like a purchase. Some of this action may be rolling form March call option into April. The October $30 calls were also purchased 2,000 times.

I favor moving into large cap names at this point in the rally; Microsoft falls into this category.
