Dish TV (NASDAQ: DISH) gained 3.6% to $21.33 by early afternoon trading on Friday. The second-largest U.S. satellite-television provider Dish TV (DISH) was upgraded to “buy” from “hold” at Collins Stewart LLC, which said a turnaround for Dish TV (DISH) was on the cards in near future.

Dish TV (DISH) made fresh gains a day after it shed some gains after losing out a case against TiVo (NASDAQ: TIVO), for infringing the rights of TiVo (TIVO) in court. Dish TV (DISH) may take some time around these levels in congestion zone, before making further gains.
