and MetroPCS had announced Wednesday that they had signed an agreement to combine T-Mobile USA and MetroPCS in a deal that included 1.5B in cash plus stock. MetroPCS closed at $12.65 Friday, a loss of 0.32% on 3.5 times average volume.
