The iShares MSCI Japan Index Fund (NYSE: EWJ) is in major trouble.

The Vanguard Telecom Services ETF (NYSE: VOX) is at least less bad these days.

Also in big trouble: The SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Equipment & Services ETF (NYSE: XES) and the Energy Select Sector SPDR (NYSE: XLE).

Emerging markets plays of the day: Direxion Daily India Bear 3X Shares (NYSE: INDZ), ProShares UltraShort MSCI Brazil (NYSE: BZQ) and the iShares MSCI All Peru Capped Index Fund (NYSE: EPU).

Forex play of the day: PowerShares DB US Dollar Index Bullish (NYSE: UUP).

Bond play of the day: iShares Barclays 20+ Year Treasury Bond Fund (NYSE: TLT).
