Chairman Eddie Lampert has been rumored for the past several months to be taking the company private. A spokesperson for Sears Holdings was not available for comment. Sears Holdings closed at $53.12 Friday, a loss of 4.56% on average volume.
Hearing Renewed Takeover Chatter in Cobalt International Energy The Rumor
