is to receive a $90 per share offer for a buyout of the company, according to sources. The rumor is that Sears shopping of its Lands' End division has led to an offer for the entire company. Chairman Eddie Lampert has been rumored for the past several months to be taking the company private. A spokesperson for Sears Holdings was not available for comment. Sears Holdings closed at $53.12 Friday, a loss of 4.56% on average volume.

was the subject of renewed takeover chatter on Friday, according to sources. Earlier this month, Exxon Mobil
