Monsanto Co. (NYSE: MON), a provider of agricultural products for farmers on a global scale with focus on Seeds and Genomics, and Agricultural Productivity, gained 2.9% by early afternoon trading on Tuesday, after its stock was upgraded by analysts of Bank of America-Merrill Lynch. The research house of the group has upgraded Monsanto Co (MON) to “buy” from “neutral” earlier today.

However, Monsanto Co. (MON), which has been in bear’s grip for the past few months, is unlikely to show any strength on charts till Monsanto Co. (MON) is able to scale past its 20 day MA of $78.23 convincingly.
