$JDSU and $LVS Trade Reviews - Expect the Unexpected

I made a couple of trades today (well, technically yesterday, as it's about 1 a.m. as I write this) in $JDSU and $LVS. They're not too much to brag about - as one actually ended up catching me off guard as to how right I was about it.

Normally on choppy days I have a few market stocks and a few others that I like to trade, as they always trade well. One of these is $LVS.

$JDSU was in play due to earnings, and I had never day traded it before. It actually traded beautifully. I haven't seen a stock trend that well or read so well on the tape in a few weeks, so the fact that it turned out to be a "Trade to Hold" as @SMBCapital calls it, ended up catching me off guard.

Overall I still hit my profit target despite the fact that all I did was scalp the living shit out of these two names for small gains. The main reason for this was that my hit % was abnormally high and I traded frequently - pieces of advice I picked up from the same guys I just mentioned above.
