Ascent Solar Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: ASTI) soared 14.22% to $4.90 in the pre-market trading. ASTI and The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI) of India have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop solar energy solutions.
Pain Therapeutics (NASDAQ: PTIE) moved up 12.48% to $7.75 in the pre-market session. The Board of Directors of PTIE has announced a special one-time cash distribution of $2.00 per share.
