ARM Holdings Plc (NASDAQ: ARMH) rose 3.36% to $16.29 in the pre-market session. Analysts at William Blair initiated coverage of ARMH with a “market perform” rating.
DG FastChannel Inc (NASDAQ: DGIT) added 2.18% to $15.44 in pre-market trading. Analysts at Merriman downgraded DGIT from “buy” to “neutral.”
Cogent Inc (NASDAQ: COGT) moved up 1.08% to $11.21 in pre-market trading. 3M Co (NYSE: MMM) had agreed to purchase COGT for more than $900 million or $10.50 per share.
Brocade Communications Systems Inc (NASDAQ: BRCD) gained 1.00% to $5.03 in the pre-market session. BRCD’s shares have fallen 31.41% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 2.77% in the same period.
