Currently halted for trading, Evergreen Solar (NASDAQ: ESLRD) (NASDAQ: ESLR) has released a mixture of news. Evergreen Solar announced record shipments and the closing of a manufacturing facility.

According to the NASDAQ website, ESLRD should resume quotes at 4:40pm and resume trading at 4:45pm EST.
