Taiwan's HTC Corp (OTC: HTCCY) appointed former Goldman Sachs Group Inc partner Chia-Lin Chang as the company's new chief financial officer.

RealNetworks Inc (NASDAQ: RNWK) appointed Tim Wan as chief financial officer. Wan, a 12-year veteran of RealNetworks, replaces Michael Eggers as CFO. RNWK shares closed at $9.98 yesterday.

Weatherford International Ltd (NYSE: WFT) appointed John H. Briscoe as the company's new chief financial officer. Briscoe will replace Andrew P. Becnel as CFO. Weatherford shares closed at $16.63 on Friday.

Icahn Enterprises LP (NASDAQ: IEP) named SungHwan Cho as its new chief financial officer, after Dominick Ragone announced his resignation on March 16. IEP named Peter Reck as the chief accounting officer of its general partner Icahn Enterprises GP. IEP shares closed at $42.71 yesterday.

Acer Inc (OTC: ACEIF) appointed He Yi Hua as its new chief financial officer, effective March. Acer's former Acer Chief Financial Officer Tu Che-min stepped down in September.

A-Power Energy Generation Systems Ltd (OTC: APWR) announced the resignation of its interim chief financial officer. Yadong Michael Zhang resigned on Friday. APWR shares surged 14.75% to close at $0.350 on Friday.
