Document outsourcing also includes revenues from its partner print services offerings. The Document Technology segment includes the sale of document systems and supplies, provision of technical service and financing of products. Its product groupings range from - Entry, which includes A4 devices and desktop printers; to; Mid-range, which includes A3 devices that generally serve workgroup environments in mid to large enterprises and includes products that fall into the following market categories: Color 41+ ppm priced at less than $100K and Light Production 91+ ppm priced at less than $100K; to; High-end, which includes production printing and publishing systems that generally serve the graphic communications marketplace and enterprises. Customers range from small and mid-sized businesses to large enterprises. Segment revenues reflect the sale of document systems and supplies, technical services and product financing. Other includes several units, none of which meet the thresholds for separate segment reporting. This group includes paper sales in its developing market countries, Wide Format Systems, licensing revenues, GIS network integration solutions and electronic presentation systems and non-allocated corporate items including non-financing interest, as well as other items included in other expenses, net. The Company is a party to a number of cross-licensing agreements with companies that hold substantial patent portfolios, including Canon, Microsoft, IBM, Hewlett-Packard Inc, Oce, Sharp, Samsung, Seiko Epson, Toshiba TEC and R.R. Donnelley. In the Services business, the Company's competitors include Accenture, Aon, Computer Sciences Corporation, Convergys, Genpact, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, IBM and Teletech. In the Document Technology business, its competitors include Canon, Hewlett-Packard Inc., Konica Minolta, Lexmark and Ricoh. The Company's manufacturing site is in Webster, N.Y., where it produces the Xerox iGen and Nuvera systems, components, EA Toner, consumables, fusers, photoreceptors and other products. Its other manufacturing operations are located in Dundalk, Ireland, for its End production products and consumables; Wilsonville, OR, for solid ink consumable supplies and components for its mid-range and entry products; and Aubagne, France, for Impika aqueous-ink production ink-jet systems. It also has a facility in Venray, Netherlands, that provides supplies manufacturing and supply chain management for the Eastern Hemisphere.
