Its products range from: 'Entry,' which includes A4 devices and desktop printers; to 'Mid-range,' which includes A3 devices that generally serve work group environments in midsize to large enterprises and includes products that fall into the following market categories: Color 41+ ppm priced at less than $100K and Light Production 91+ ppm priced at less than $100K; to 'High-end,' which includes production printing and publishing systems that generally serve the graphic communications marketplace and large enterprises. The Other segment mainly includes paper sales, wide-format systems and network integration solutions and electronic presentation systems from Global Imaging Systems. Its manufacturing and distribution facilities are located around the world. The company's manufacturing site is in Webster, NY, where it produces fusers, photoreceptors, Xerox iGen and Nuvera systems, components, consumables and other products. Its other primary manufacturing operations are located in: Dundalk, Ireland, for its high-end production products and consumables; and Wilsonville, OR, for solid ink products, consumable supplies and components for its Mid-range and Entry products. It has organized the marketing, selling and distribution of its products and services by geography, channel type and line of business. It sells its products and services directly to customers through its sales force and through a network of independent agents, dealers, value-added resellers, systems integrators and the Web.
