Analyst Joseph Vafi at Jefferies & Company, Inc. has raised the price target for VanceInfo Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: VIT) from $21 to $24. Jefferies believes that with the return of sequential growth to US based revenue, ongoing growth in China, and the potential for margin expansion, the company should see P&L acceleration through 2010.
