The Bank targets its lending to middle market businesses and successful professionals and entrepreneurs that meet its credit standards. The credit standards are set by the Banks standing Credit Policy Committee with the assistance of Bank's Chief Credit and Risk Officer. The Bank offers deposit products to its customers at competitive interest rates. The deposit products include commercial checking accounts, lockbox accounts, cash concentration accounts, and other treasury management services, including an on-line system. The treasury management on-line system offers information services, wire transfer initiation, ACH initiation, account transfer, and service integration. The consumer deposit products include checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts and certificates of deposit. The Banks wealth management and trust service include investment management, personal trust and estate services, custodial services, retirement accounts and related services. The Company also offers retirement products such as individual retirement accounts and administrative services for retirement vehicles such as pension and profit sharing plans. The Bank offers products and services to its business customers like commercial loans for general corporate purposes including financing for working capital, internal growth, acquisitions and financing for business insurance premiums; real estate term and construction loans; mortgage finance lending; equipment leasing; treasury management services; wealth management and trust services; and letters of credit.
