Commercial Loan Servicing, provide commercial loan servicing for life insurance companies, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Fannie Mae through strategic relationships with several delegated underwriting and servicing lenders, CMBS originators, mortgage REITS and debt funds, groups that purchase performing and/or non-performing loans as well as owners who sell commercial real estate subject to a purchase money mortgage.
