Geographically, its business is segmented into two regions; Americas and International. The Americas segment includes operations in the United States and Canada; and the International segment includes operations in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Australia. The Company derives revenues from the sale of advertising copy placed on its traditional and digital displays that it owns or operates in key markets. The Company is subject to United States governmental regulation at the federal, state and local levels.
