The Company also owns and operates the Allpoint network, the largest surcharge-free ATM network within the U.S. The Company owns and operates an electronic funds transfer ("EFT") transaction processing platform that provides transaction processing services to its network of ATMs and financial services kiosks as well as other ATMs under managed services arrangements. The Company competes with companies such as Coinstar, Inc., Euronet Worldwide, Inc., Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc., Heartland Payment Systems Inc., TNS, Inc. and WEX, Inc. Its business, ATM network ownership and operation, is subject to government (federal, state or local) regulation and industry regulations.
