IRVING, Texas, March 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents per share on common stock to stockholders of record April 2, 2010.  The dividend will be paid April 16, 2010.  

This is the 182nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Commercial Metals Company.
