Chief Operating Officer of K Street Group, LLC Bob Aromando

Bob Aromando is the Chief Operating Officer of the global protective services firm; The K Street Group, LLC. Bob's law enforcement background spans a period of 13 years, at which point he then transitioned into the private sector of corporate risk management security in the health sciences area. Bob's education background includes Executive Management at The Wharton School of Business and John Jay College for Criminal Justice in New York City.

Throughout his career, Bob spent a considerable amount of time in the pharmaceutical industry, with main responsibilities including business continuity and crisis management/mitigation, investigating counterfeit drug trafficking, charge-back fraud, supply chain manipulation, and expense account fraud. In addition, he had responsibility for executive protection of key executives and board of director members around the globe. Bob is fluent and experienced in the field of homeland security, active shooter response, access control, security assessment, loss mitigation, and risk management.

Bob Aromando's other expertise lies in coordinating and executing high level corporate executive, celebrity, VIP, Dignitary/Diplomatic, special event security, and protective services. In the past, Bob has provided protection services for former Secretary of Health and Human Services Tommy Thompson, former NYC Mayor Edward Koch, entertainers Jim Belushi and Dan Ackroyd, former NYC Mayor Rudy Guiliani, and several others to name a few. He has also been formally recognized by President Bill Clinton, NJ Governor Christine Whitman, and NJ Senator Bill Bradley for his efforts in the war on drugs in the US.

In 2010, Bob spent 21 days in Haiti in the aftermath of the earthquake as a designated security team leader for a deployment of 7 highly specialized protection professionals assigned for close protection of one of the world's most noted news broadcast organizations. Bob also spent time in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina as a security team leader for a major wireless communications firm.

Detective Max

Max was born on November 14, 2018, and is now 11 months old. Max has completed his training modules, and is now an Explosives Detection K9. Max has just recently begun his journey providing security for the Jewish High Holy days accompanied by his handler and best of friend, Bob Aromando. Max always seems to be on alert and up for a new challenge. He loves beef marrow bones and running around his yard at home with Bob.
