Cambro's new Elements Series Undercounter Units will allow foodservice operators to maximize storage in a commercial kitchen's tightest spaces.

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (PRWEB) August 16, 2018

Cambro's new Elements Series Undercounter Units will allow foodservice operators to maximize storage in a commercial kitchen's tightest spaces. Featuring the same durable composite material used in the Camshelving® Elements Series, this new unit is ideal for underneath counters, small spaces and mobile use. It can be difficult to efficiently utilize undercounter areas while also complying with food safety protocols. Cambro's undercounter units don't make you choose between the two.

Restaurants like Five Guys and Del Taco have already begun implementing Cambro's new Elements Series Undercounter Units in locations across the US.

"It makes more sense…the flexibility of it kind of makes it. We have a lot of different footprints, so just the ability to be able to configure to whatever to that particular situation is, makes it something that is to our advantage," said David Coleman, Director of Operations Excellence and Support for Del Taco Restaurants, Inc.

Del Taco chose to put their Elements Series Undercounter Units underneath their front counters. The units fit perfectly underneath their cash registers and allow its restaurants to keep trays, condiments and various supplies off the ground and organized.

The Elements Series Undercounter Units are made from extremely strong composite materials. Shelf plates are embedded with antimicrobial protection inhibit the growth of mold, fungus and bacteria. In the case of spills, these versatile units can be wiped clean and shelf plates can be safely and easily run through any temperature dishwasher. All Cambro shelving comes with a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
