Amendment to Unitholders of Record Date for December 2017 Distributions

TORONTO, Dec. 15, 2017 /CNW/ - Evolve Funds Group Inc. ("Evolve") announces the following amendment to the unitholders of record date disclosed in the press release dated December 14, 2017.  As indicated in the table below, unitholders of record on December 22, 2017 will receive the distribution amounts per unit (the "Distributions") for certain exchange traded funds (the "Evolve ETFs") for the period ending December 29, 2017. 

The unitholders of record date previously disclosed was December 21, 2017.

Unitholders of record on December 22, 2017 will receive cash distributions payable on or about December 29, 2017.

In addition to the above distribution for the Evolve Active Short Duration Bond ETF, unitholders of record on December 22, 2017 will also receive a one-time special cash distribution ("special distribution") payable on or about December 29, 2017.  The unitholders of record date previously disclosed was December 21, 2017.
