Best Buy has made is easier to join the fight against childhood cancer

Best Buy is excited to partner with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital® this holiday season for the annual St. Jude Thanks and Giving® campaign.

Today through Jan. 27, customers can help support the fight against childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases when they shop at any Best Buy, Best Buy Mobile, Pacific Sales or Magnolia Design Center. Customers will be able to donate in stores or online. New to BestBuy.com this year, customers will be able to easily donate any amount they want when they checkout online.

"For the past five years, we have been honored to partner with St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital to help find cures and save children through their Thanks and Giving campaign," said Paula Baker, president of U.S. retail stores, Best Buy. "Last year, our customers and employees donated more than $18.2 million – the highest of any fundraising partner – and we look forward to another year of continuing this work."

Every dollar donated by customers and employees helps St. Jude remain a leader in the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. These funds are critical given that no family ever receives a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
