Powered by a W16 8.0-liter quad turbocharged motor producing up to 1000 horsepower, this Veyron Grand Sport can reach a top speed of 254 mph, reaching zero to 60 in 2.4 seconds. With only 1,668 miles, the supercar is current on its services and has had the wheels and tires recently replaced.
