Albert Appouh Wins the Inaugural InsurTech Scholarship

Insurance Technologies Corporation (ITC), a provider of agency marketing, rating and management software and services, announced today Albert Appouh as the inaugural recipient of the InsurTech Scholarship.

Appouh, a full-time student at Rutgers University in New Jersey, won the $1,000 scholarship prize for his dedication to pursuing a career in the insurance industry and his outstanding academic achievements.

Applicants were required to submit a 1,500-word essay about the impact of technology on the insurance industry over the next five years.

Appouh is studying economics, applied math and computer science at Rutgers University. He is a member of the Risk Management Association, Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals, and International Association of Insurance Professionals. Appouh expects to graduate with his bachelor's degree in May 2018.
