Media Advisory: Library and Archives Canada and Vancouver Public Library to Announce New Agreement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 3, 2016) - Dr. Guy Berthiaume, Librarian and Archivist of Canada and Ms. Sandra Singh, Chief Librarian, Vancouver Public Library will be signing a new agreement.
