Halyard manufactured a surgical gown called "MICROCOOL." Vezeau stated regarding the gowns, "They would leak. They would leak. When we pressure tested them, especially in the seams." Vezeau further stated that Halyard aggressively marketed the gowns even though the gowns were not consistently meeting industry standards.
