KCG RELEASES DECEMBER 2015 TRADE VOLUMES

JERSEY CITY, N.J. - January 15, 2016 - KCG Holdings, Inc. KCG today released trade volumes for the month of December 2015.


In Market Making, KCG averaged $28.4 billion dollar volume traded, 4.6 billion shares traded, and 3.7 million trades per day in U.S. equities.

In Global Execution Services:

• KCG electronic execution averaged 308.3 million shares traded per day in U.S. equities
• KCG BondPoint averaged $155.1 million per day in fixed income par value

As for the overall market conditions in December, consolidated U.S. equity volume averaged $278.4 billion in dollar volume and 7.3 billion shares traded per day. The realized volatility for the S&P 500 was 18.7.

In December, there were 21.5 trading days in U.S. equities and 21 in fixed income.
