Medac Pharma hires HCB Health as AOR for Rasuvo, an injectable drug used to treat patients with rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis

HCB Health, one of the nation's top independent healthcare advertising agencies, today announced it has been selected by Medac Pharma, Inc. to develop professional, digital, media and direct-to-patient promotions for its brand Rasuvo® (methotrexate) injection (http://www.rasuvo.com).

Additionally, Greg Niemczyk, VP of business development in Chicago, will bring valuable experience to Medac Pharma, having worked for UCB and GSK.

Rasuvo® injection is a single‑dose auto‑injector containing methotrexate. It was approved by the FDA in July 2014 for the treatment of severe, active arthritis; polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis; and severe psoriasis. Rasuvo is available by prescription only. The new business between Medac Pharma and HCB Health will take effect Q4 2015.
