TTI Success Insights to Celebrate 'The Business of Changing Lives' During Annual Conference

The worldwide network of consultants and master distributors representing TTI Success Insights (TTI SI) will gather to share best practices and honor top performers Jan. 8-11 during an annual conference at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort in Scottsdale.

TTISICon 2016 will celebrate "The Business of Changing Lives," a nod to the people and organizations who use the TTI assessments to create job fit, reveal talents and skills, and develop leadership. A dynamic speakers series, including several TED-style Talks by TTI SI's network members, and inspired breakout sessions will provide business-building ideas and application for associates who use TTI SI's suite of assessments. An estimated 400 attendees from around the world are expected to attend.

Dr. Richard Pimentel, a disabilities rights activist and advocate, will deliver the conference keynote address. The life story of Dr. Pimentel, a powerful voice for self-awareness and its vital role in the workplace, was featured in the 2007 film "Music Within" starring Ron Livingston and Michael Sheen.

A national speaker who has positively shaped the way people with disabilities are now treated in the workplace, Dr. Pimentel has developed a number of training materials aimed to help employers navigate the rules behind the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Other featured speakers include Kelly Grant, senior director of people at TrackMaven, who will speak about how fledgling startups can benefit from using the right hiring and employee development tools. Recently voted one of the Top 10 places to work by The Washington Post, TrackMaven has implemented several of TTI SI's assessment and talent analytic tools in its commitment to provide a world-class company culture.

During #TTISICon 2016, awards will be given to TTI's network members, including honors for lifetime achievement, distributor of the year, research partner of the year and rookie of the year. The conference will also feature a panel discussion featuring challenges and strategies about being a woman in business, as well as revealing new data from a TTI SI study conducted earlier this year. The executive team will also discuss updates to several new assessment products.
