CuroGens Releases mv360: A Cloud-Based Customer Service Solution for Motor Vehicle Manufacturers

CuroGens Inc., a Microsoft® partner and global systems integrator, announces the release of CuroGens mv360, a cloud-based customer relationship management and dealer portal solution for transportation manufacturing companies. This is the second product in 12 months to be introduced by CuroGens to serve companies that manufacture, sell and service fleets of configured-to-order motor vehicles, such as recreational vehicles and commercial trucks.

Both motor vehicle software solutions, CuroGens mv360 and CuroGens Vehicle Management System (VMS) for Microsoft Dynamics® AX, have been developed to assist manufacturers and their dealer networks in better managing lifetime purchase, warranty claims and service histories of units by utilizing the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

CuroGens mv360 is unique in that the solution is a seamless integration of a manufacturer's existing ERP platform with Microsoft Dynamics® CRM Online and Microsoft Windows Azure™. This not only allows for management and tracking of a vehicle throughout its lifecycle, but also provides for the sharing of information in real-time between manufacturers and their dealer networks. This enables the manufacturer to better manage unit products, recalls and warranties, while dealers can better manage customer service.

The CuroGens mv360 system is an integration of three crucial elements:

  • ERP Platform – The manufacturer's chosen ERP platform is customized by CuroGens to create a system more closely aligned to managing aspects of motor vehicle production and service. This includes a built-in configuration component to enable sales order creation, and the ability to assign and track VIN numbers.
Sales and Customer Service Module – Powered by Microsoft Dynamics® CRM Online, this allows the manufacturer's service department to access business intelligence in one centralized location in real-time. The module features a user-defined dashboard, reporting tools and immediate access to quality issues and warranty information from dealers. Dealer Portal – Powered by Microsoft Windows Azure™, the dealer is able to communicate in real-time with the manufacturer and their customer service departments, allowing for easy access to warranty claims, parts orders, and sales and production schedules.
