Ichigo Inc. ("Ichigo") (JASDAQ:2337), a Japanese real estate owner/operator and clean energy producer received approval from the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) today to move to the TSE First Section on November 17, 2015. As announced in its Shift Up 2016 Mid-Term Business Plan on January 10, 2014, one of Ichigo's objectives has been to move its listing from JASDAQ to the Tokyo Stock Exchange's First Section by Ichigo's February 2016 fiscal year-end.
As one way of expressing the company's heartfelt thanks to its shareholders, Ichigo has decided to pay a special dividend of 1 yen per share in addition to a 2 yen ordinary dividend, thus increasing the FY16/2 dividend by 50% to 3 yen per share.
