The Dentists Climb For A Cause™ Foundation's Eighteenth Annual Hiking Event took place earlier this month at the same locale where its Tenth Annual was staged: the South Rim of The Grand Canyon.

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) October 13, 2015

"We'd been wanting to get back there since '05." Says the Foundation's Director and AIM Dental Marketing™ President Daniel A. 'Danny' Bobrow. "Once again, it did not disappoint. As one of the Seven Wonders of The World, that's not surprising. One notable difference between this and the 2005 Event, however, is that this year we hosted over eight times the number of participants as we did in '05. We are deeply grateful for and humbled by the outpouring of support for oral health education and treatment demonstrated by these 65 intrepid and generous souls." concludes Bobrow.

Frank Wolf, DDS Founder and CEO of Royalty Referrals shared that "Participating with Danny Bobrow and Climb For A Cause is always fun and rewarding. I get to challenge myself physically while making a positive difference in the lives of those less fortunate than us."

Wolf, who also practices dentistry in Anthem, AZ, was among the first dentists to Climb For A Cause as part of the Group's Inaugural Event, a summit of Mt. Whitney in 1989. Wolf had a send-off party at a local establishment, which was attended by nearly 100 patients, friends, and members of the media, and yielded over $10,000 in raised funds for The Cause.

Since 2009, Climb For A Cause has also done business as The Smile Tree™. "We'd known for quite a while that we were limiting ourselves, in terms of the good we could do, both through our oral health education and treatment projects, as well as the practices who stand to gain so much by sharing their good works with their community," says Bobrow. "Thus was born The Smile Tree through which any practice can 'branch out and leave a smile' as a 'branch' of the Smile Tree. They can even choose to earmark funds for a local worthwhile cause if they'd like."
