D.A. Davidson & Co. Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to McNett Corporation in Sale to Coghlan's

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

D.A. Davidson & Co., a full-service investment firm with a nationwide investment banking practice, served as exclusive financial advisor to McNett Corporation, a Bellingham, Wash.-based outdoor gear and accessories company, in its sale to Coghlan's Ltd., a Canadian outdoor accessories company based in Manitoba.

The transaction combines two market leaders that supply care and repair products and outdoor recreation accessories. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
