Fibra Inn Announces Monthly Report of Hotel Indicators for August 2015

MONTERREY, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Deutsche Bank Mexico, S.A., Banking institution, Trust Division F/1616 or Fibra Inn (BMV: FINN13) ("Fibra Inn" or "the Company"), the Mexican real estate investment trust specializing in the hotel industry serving the business traveler with global brands, today announced its operating results for its hotel indicators as of August 2015.

The 15.3% growth in Revenue per Available Room (RevPar excluding the addition of rooms) was mainly the result of the following factors:

a. A 1.3 percentage point increase in occupancy, due to the positive performance of the hotels located in the northern part of the country, mainly in Monterrey and Chihuahua, as well as other cities such as Puebla.

b. An ADR increase of 12.6% from the optimization of the use of Revenue Maximization technological tools for the implementation of the hotel operating processes. It is important to mention that 16 of the hotels in the portfolio experienced double digit growth during the month of August, with respect to the average daily rate.

Fibra Inn has a portfolio of 35 hotels in operation, plus two under development with a total of 6,238 rooms; 531 of these are currently under construction.
