Soft-Lite Windows is pleased to pay tribute to one of its long-standing dealers, All American Window & Door, which recently celebrated its 30th anniversary with an elaborate dinner and fundraiser event. Soft-Lite helped sponsor the event, which was held at the Florian Park Conference Center in Germantown, WI, on Saturday, August 22. All American received a Certificate of Commendation from Governor Scott Walker, which he presented via video.

All American's event included an effort to raise money for Executive Women International (EWI) of Milwaukee's educational programs in the form of scholarships for both high school and adult students, as well as funding for childhood and adult literacy programs throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. All American held a silent auction and raffle, and included several big-ticket raffle items, including a ring valued at $5400; a $2700 Entrance Door; and a $2495 Cookware Set. The company raised approximately $15,000.

Attendees included customers, vendors, friends, employees, radio and newspaper representatives, village officials, family, bankers, lawyers, IT people and individuals from various professional organizations. In addition to the Certificate of Commendation from Governor Walker, All American was also presented with plaques from Soft-Lite Windows, Waudena Millwork and its employees.

All American Window & Door Co. was founded by Benjamin and Terri Lodwick in 1985 as a retail home-improvement business, and the company remains family-owned and operated today. The couple's children gave tribute, and their grandchildren participated with music and a tribute. Terri, who serves as President, was the closing Keynote Speaker with a message entitled "Success is a Choice."

"We were honored to be part of All American's 30th anniversary celebration," said Tyson Schwartz, Soft-Lite's Vice President of Sales & Marketing. "This company has been a valued Soft-Lite dealer for nearly a decade; they are truly dedicated to providing the absolute best products and customer service, and that commitment is one of the biggest reasons for their success over their 30 years in business."
