Mukunda Raghavan Joins Clutch Group as Senior Director in Bangalore

Mukunda Raghavan, former General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for Pacific Health Corporation, will oversee client delivery in Clutch's Bangalore office

In his new role, Mukunda will help lead the delivery of global regulatory and compliance matters out of Clutch's Bangalore office. His in-depth experience with trial advocacy, litigation, corporate investigations and compliance will be a tremendous asset as Clutch continues to expand its presence in Asia.

Mukunda brings over nine years of experience to his new role. Prior to joining Clutch Group, Mukunda was General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for Pacific Health Corporation, a subsidiary of Asklepios Klinikin Gmbh. He was responsible for all legal, regulatory and compliance functions of Pacific Health Corporation, managing the company's response to high-profile litigation cases, investigations and both state-level and federal regulatory audits.

Prior to his position at Pacific Health Corporation, Mukunda was a prosecutor for the City of New York Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel. There, he conducted over 100 trials and hearings involving criminal and delinquency litigation and managed and administered training exercises for attorneys, police officers, and safety agents. Mukunda received his JD from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science and Criminology from the University of California – Irvine.
