Bluebeam Backs Defending Rallycross Champion Joni Wiman and Rookie Sebastian Eriksson for 2015 Red Bull Global Rallycross Season

PASADENA, Calif. & FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Bluebeam® Rallycross is launching full speed into the 2015 Red Bull Global Rallycross (GRC) season after renewing the sponsorship of last season's newcomer-turned-champion Finnish driver, Joni Wiman, and adding a second driver, this year's rookie Swede Sebastian Eriksson, to the roster. Bluebeam Software, leading developer of digital collaboration solutions for document-intensive industries, alongside Red Bull is co-sponsoring Wiman and Eriksson and their updated Olsbergs Motor Sports Evolution (Olsbergs MSE) customized Ford Fiesta STs. The series is kicking off at the Ft. Lauderdale season opener on May 31.

With the Lites division championship and rookie year Supercar division championship under his belt, Wiman promises to thrill in defense of his title. As runner-up to Wiman in the 2013 Lites series, and after winning the 2014 Swedish national rallycross championship, Eriksson has the pedigree to give his teammate some serious competition.

The two young drivers will have the extra edge of OMSE off-season development program improvements to the Ford Fiesta STs. And with eight different stops in the series, including a marquee race on an active military base, Wiman and Eriksson will have plenty of track to push the cars to the limits.
