Katie LeChase promoted to Account Supervisor, Sarah Aires named Account Coordinator

New York, NY (PRWEB) March 03, 2015

Co-Communications, Inc., a full-service marketing and communications firm with offices in Westchester, NY, Farmington, CT and Manhattan, announces the promotion of communications and marketing strategist Katie LeChase to Account Supervisor. LeChase is joined in the firm's growing New York City office by Sarah Aires, Account Coordinator.

LeChase joined the Co-Communications team in April 2014 as a Senior Account Manager with more than 6 years experience developing overarching communications strategies for an eclectic array of clients. Before joining Co-Communications, LeChase served as the public relations manager for Rally.org, an online storytelling and crowdfunding platform. Her previous experience also includes work at Roberts Communications and in the Public Relations Department at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) where she spearheaded their entire social media program and developed institution-wide social media policies.

Her current responsibilities in her new position as Account Supervisor include client relations, content development, cultivating strong media relationships, and business development. Since joining the NYC office in April, LeChase has on-boarded five new clients in the non-profit, healthcare, real estate and education sectors.

"I feel inspired by the variety in our office's client base and am very thankful to have a role in growing Co-Communications' presence in New York City," said LeChase. "Our team is personable, pro-active, passionate, supportive and innovative – the perfect blend of creative talent. I'm honored to be a part of it."

Sarah Aires joins LeChase on Co-Communications' New York City account team with a strong editorial background, previously interning with the Sawtooth Group, a New Jersey-based advertising agency where she wrote ad copy and helped develop creative concepts for McCormick. Her previous experience includes editorial internships with Parents.com, Delish.com, Nickelodeon, where she wrote product copy for programs such as Spongebob and Dora the Explorer, and WomansDay.com, where she maintained all social media channels and wrote a daily current events blog. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Pace University with a B.A. in Communications and a concentration in Media Studies.

"I could not have asked for a more supportive, engaging place to develop my marketing and communications skills in my newly-found career. I'm very excited to work alongside our extraordinary clients to showcase their strengths," said Aires.

"We're fortunate to have Katie and Sarah play such an important role as the company positions itself for accelerated growth in 2015. Their combined talent and skills will allow us to continue to expand our footprint in New York City," added Stacey Cohen, president, CEO and founder of Co-Communications.
